Scope
This policy covers this website and its invite-only investor room, operated by Talkzie Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099TN2024PTC169495).
What we collect
Only what you give us, and only when you choose to.
- Browsing the site. Nothing personal is requested. Fonts and every other asset are served from this site, so viewing these pages does not send your IP address to other companies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
- Registering interest. Your name, email, mobile number, the kind of investor you are, an optional city and note, the amount you chose, a record of your consent (with the wording version), and a keyed hash of your IP address that we use only to stop abuse. We do not ask for identity numbers at this stage.
- Once invited to the investor room. Your account (name, email), your sign-in activity, the documents you open and updates on your progress. Sign-in codes are stored only as hashes and expire in minutes.
- One cookie. A strictly necessary session cookie named
tz_sessionis set only after you sign in. It is httpOnly and expires after 8 hours (4 for staff). - KYC documents. These are collected during our follow-up, not through this website.
Why, and on what basis
To respond to your interest, to verify identity and eligibility, to meet legal duties (company law, foreign-exchange, tax and anti-money-laundering requirements), to record and administer holdings, to communicate with you and to keep the service secure. We will process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules.
Who we may share it with
Legal, accounting and company-secretarial advisers; identity-verification and e-signature providers; banks; our hosting, database and email service providers, who process data on our behalf; and regulators or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes above and for the statutory record-keeping that applies to company registers and investor records.
Your rights
You can ask to access and correct your data, withdraw consent, request erasure (subject to legal retention duties), and raise a grievance. We can erase your records on request. See the security page for how data will be protected.

This website is not intended for anyone under 18.
